Things started off well when I used her for my first case when she was in a different office. When I tried using her a 2nd time for a child support/custody case, things went downhill and I had to find a new attorney mid-case. She was not getting anything done. Case kept getting moved back. She was not sending me notice of what was going on, not returning phone calls, etc. She took a very long time to return my remaining retainer fee. I had to threaten to sue for it to get it back.

Jill and her team represented my daughter and I for around 6 years. I cant say enough good things about them they always treated me well, very straight forward, never wasted my time or money. Every day in court and every paper had a purpose. Communication was always open for me to get answers or ask questions, they always took the extra time to respond sometimes even after hours. After 6 hard years Jill and her team got me everything I wanted and deserved for me and my family and we can't thank them enough. I cannot recommend them enough and tell you to trust the process and trust them.
