Do yourself a favor and don't do business with this person. Does not respond to emails. The one time we've met she was rude (I'd use a worse term, but I will refrain). She took a new job in the middle of closing our deceased mothers' estate without telling us and does not communicate AT ALL. Absolutely ridiculous and terrible. Good luck if you take her.

Took a new job without telling us and completely ghosted us, despite telling us several times that she would see it through. Awful
