This company is awful. Elizabeth Hughes was extremely rude and difficult to deal with. I work for an attorney and our office called numerous times on a 17 year old debt. They never answer the phone, always says you are #1 in the queue but they never answer. No wonder people are in debt to them! I went to court to work out a solution to the debt. Elizabeth said we are going to freeze the bank account unless you pay me. I said no I want a copy of this original 17 year old debt. She didn’t like that, now we are going back to court to fight the judgement.

Worst company to deal with. Uses unscrupulous practices to recover debts. This company needs to be investigated. Liars and do not return calls.

Making a payment on an old debt resets the statute of limitations. Sounds like they are playing this game. Using a guilt trip to pull on your purse strings so to speak. Think of your household as a business without a conscience. Banks get bailed out, companies file bankruptcy leaving their employees hanging out to dry and without that guilty conscience feeling. You may feel obligated to pay the debt based upon moral principles, please donate the money to your favorite charity instead. Ask any debt collection company to validate the debt and send it to you in writing then check the information against your states statute of limitations and confirm it is not zombie debt. If they continue to pester you, report them to your states Department of Financial institutions under the FDCPA.

My name is Matthew s. They offered me a settlement and then when my bk attorney contacted them the same month they gave him a higher settlement offer. This is against fair debt collections practice act. They should have their license pulled in all states as what they do is against the law. 815 ### 1447 is my number. I was told by this horrible company to make a payment, whatever I can make, and when I have more money make another payment. I did that. Next thing I know, my bank account was frozen. Not just mine but my daughter's because I was on her account as a guardian because she was under 18 when I opened it for her. They took all the money out of her account. I told them that that money wasn't mine. I didn't earn it. They didn't care and now her money is gone. Just got off the phone with the rudest person! I was told to have my lawyer do something. Like I can afford a lawyer.

They don’t care you are a single mom . Took 175 a week and wanted it even when I was on maternity leave making 277 a week . Worst worst worst company ever and stilll taking my money when the balance is paid in full

These people are the worst people ever. They could care less about you and won't negotiate anything. These people are evil. They don't care at all except to get the money. This is not a way to run a company. 😡

Most Horrible place ever. Get an attorney and fight for your cases. They are ripping off innocent people. Go through legalsheild if you cannot afford an attorney. They need to have their licenses taken away.
