I called Brian to help with getting a quit claim deed and update to my title done in a short timeline in order to close on a refinance and he was absolutely EXCEPTIONAL in helping me turn this around to my lender so quickly so we didnt have to re-start the process. He is an absolute professional and so responsive with his calls and updates on my request and made it super clear what I needed to do as part of the process. Overall, just a super guy to work with and true expert in his field and because of that I will absolutely use him for my future real estate law needs!

I tried to execute a quit claim deed myself three times without success, (and I still believe that it is possible).
