Brian Lohse is an excellent real estate closing attorney. We sold our home without a real estate agent and did it as a “for sale by owner” transaction. Mr. Lohse was very attentive, cordial, and helpful from the first phone call, carefully checked our contract and relevant documents to ensure all details were complete, handled all communications and contract modifications with the buyer’s attorney, and arranged the closing at the title company while we were out of state. In short, the sale of our home was carried out professionally and went smoothly.
