I was having serious anxiety for days about a car that was towed and was being sent to collections. I called 5 different lawyers and was rejected. Harry was awesome in my lawsuit against BMW. I had found him through a quick google search, and he responded very quickly. He took on my case for my CPO 2011 BMW diesel. Unfortunately, BMW is notorious for making things difficult. But Harry was a great representative, and I did not have to step foot in a court room. His knowledge on cars was wonderful, and I was even more impressed he knew about diesels! I went in for a deposition only, and Harry was a great lawyer who made sure the questioning stayed in line. To anyone looking to use Harry, be patient! My case took over 1.5 years but he was on his game the whole way. I was able to settle out of court, and was extremely pleased with his service. I have already recommended him to friends. I hope to never have to go thru a BMW headache ever again, but I highly recommend anyone to use Harry for Lemon Law/dealership nightmares.

I had problems with my Jeep Cherokee transmission and decided to try to go through the resolution process as prescribed by the Indiana Attorney General and spent 6 months wasting my time. Don't bother with arbitration, it is rigged for the manufacturer. Been there done that and received a letter stating I lost my case. Their statement proved they did not review the case, they just passed a judgement. Don't bother. After 6 months, my car was finally repaired and I thought all hope was lost for justice. I spoke with Harry and he said we could go after loss of use. I have to admit I was skeptical. Today I received my judgement check. It took a while, but Harry was able to get a settlement from FCA. I can't say how much, but I will say that it was a whole lot more than I would have received had I not contacted Harry. I highly recommend his service. If you have any problems with consumer law, talk to a lawyer to find out your options before you waste your time. First call is usually free and you have nothing to lose. Thank you Harry, I know who to call if I ever have any more unresolved, lemon law worthy, car problems.

Mr. Bradley Is an attorney not like the rest, he listen to my problem and found the legal way to solve it. after I had spoke to 2 other attorneys and none of them gave me any hope. Mr. Bradley won the case for me. I will use his service again and recommend him to any one of my friends in need of legal help.

I definitely didn't have an easy case. Got turned away from other agency's as well as the better business bureau. But Mr. Bradley really helped out and put some solid work in. He kept me updated throughout the whole process and explained everything. Even those things that we as the customer may not want to hear. In the end, we won a settlement and he was there each step of the way. I highly recommend this firm.
