I would like to write my experience with lawyer Mr. Bayarjargal in the hope that it would help others who are looking for immigration services. I and my husband both were on F1 status and I wanted to change my visa status from F1 to F2 as soon as possible. However, due to new laws and regulations it became a time consuming and long process to change the status. It is very tricky situation that USCIS might reject your application if you do not provide sufficient evidence to justify that you have met all the requirements for USCIS.
