IF YOU'RE CONSIDERING USING EMMERETH LAW FIRM, LOOK ELSEWHERE!!! This guy is the epitome of unprofessional! He is NOT concerned about the client, just his bottom line. He conflates facts! Gives bad legal counsel! And extends the adjudication process to boost his bottom line. AGAIN, If you're considering him, LOOK ELSEWHERE! I was recommended to this gentleman by a friend. They spoke highly of him and equated him to a bulldog in the Courthouse. After my experience, I wouldn't recommend him to ANYONE! He did not represent me and my interests in court! Truth is, he USED to have integrity! Not the case anymore!!!! My current friend is a counsellor that argues before the Supreme Court. She is an equity partner with one of the nation's largest and most prestigious law firms in the WORLD! After explaining the specifics of my case, she said that things could've been over MONTHS ago had Mr. Emmereth represented me properly! Further, he charges you FOR EVERYTHING! Phone calls, texts, emails, his travel to AND from court, and MORE!!! I'm almost certain he will respond to this with some kind of snide comments, and that's fine. But PLEASE do yourself a favor and avoid this guy AT ALL COSTS! If you have an unlimited budget, GO AHEAD! He will GLADLY take your monies!!!
