2
Unwilling to complete work client has paid for
“won't do work she's been paid for, my aunt and uncle set up a will and trust for my mentally handy cap cousin and made me successor gardian and trustee done over 20 years ago for when they no longer could, my uncle passed in 2020, my aunt has dementia and became extremely worse after uncle died, since july 2020 I have been begging Kay to help me make sure gaurdianship is in place before my aunt passes or dementia gets so bad she can't do anything on her own, we are now there and I am scrambleing to find a lawyer that can do the job Kay refuses to do so that my cousin dosent become awarded to the state when my aunt passes.”

Unprofessional conduct
“Totally unresponsive. Wouldn't reply to phone calls or emails. If she didn't want the work she should have said so. Absolutely unprofessional.”
