Amazing group of attorneys. I was told when they were recommended to me, that they are the best family lawyers in Lake county. I'm here to tell you, they truly are! They are knowledgeable, compassionate, and fight for their clients. Their office staff is amazing as well. What a relief, a firm that actually cares about the well being of their clients and acts in the client’s best interest. Fiona took over my case from a previous firm and she got more done in two weeks than the previous firm had “accomplished” in over a year. They do not care about your children, they care about getting cases done as fast as possible off their desks. A One year old is now court ordered to fly back and forth from Illinois to California once a month, even outside of their pediatrician’s recommendations. Good luck in your future if you hire this firm; I hope you have more money than the person you’re going up against. This firm will have you broke, and financially worst off than before even with a supposed “fair parenting plan”. I will edit to say I was cornered to agree to her parenting plan because she even said I couldn’t afford to fight it, which is true. Kat Allen is a wolf in sheeps clothing and a monster. She said she didn’t care that I didn’t have the money to fly my son back and forth to California once a month and it was “too bad” and she got text messages from my ex husband calling false CPS reports and she is charging me for them even though she said so herself. “I know you’re mad the exes are talking and I get it “ Do you get it Kat ? Have you ever went through two custody battles and the system twice at the same time whilst working a full time job? She will bill you for things she has zero business in billing and tried to violate HIPPA by giving my sons father and his family my private medical information. She should be disbarred from Family Law!

If you are looking for a law firm that will fight for you tooth and fist, regardless of your situation talk to David, he was my wife's attorney in our recent divorce case, and was able to get her 90% of everything she requested. long story short David is straight forward and knows the law and seems to be pretty solid. I give him 5 stars my case was a pretty complicated one my attorneys were no match for this guy they got crushed bar none.
