When I was going through my divorce a friend recommended David Del Re to me! She said he was the best, and he truly is THE BEST! He faught hard for me and especially faught hard for the best interest of my son! His staff was always friendly, prompt and handled everything with a sense of urgency. Going through a complicated divorce is not easy, but I never felt defeated because I had David in my corner. I can't thank him and his staff enough!

In my eyes he did nothing good for my daughter. I think he takes on to many cases at a time. I would not recommend him.

This office has consistently sent me documents with spelling errors, incorrect dates, and even incorrect amounts for over 5 years. If you deal with them in anyway, be sure you double and triple check every single document before you sign anything! I can provide examples if someone from the office would like to reach out to me.

David Del Re Law group is amazing. I can't say enough wonderful things about him, his staff and the way he executes himself in court. He is prepared! The judge didn't have some documents in the court file. However, David had them readily available for her on the spot!!! I have dealt with several lawyers in my years but I honestly believe his group is top notch. Ours was a adoption case. Of course I had many questions and emailed them to his assistant Courtney. She is prompt with all replies so is David. The entire team put our fears to rest. I couldn't hold back the tears of joy as hard as I tried to stay composed. Our family was blessed with the final adoption of our daughter. The Judge was incredibly thorough as she should be. In the end the Judge even insisted we all take a picture inside the courtroom though she normally doesn't allow it she said. We asked if she would be in it and she graciously said " of course". David handed his phone to the Baliff and he was kind enough to take a picture with David, our family and the Judge. David sent it directly to my email. That gesture alone speaks volumes for the compassion and concern he has for his clients. So, a HUGE thank you from the bottom of the Mitchell families hearts!!! What a great team you have there!!! ( I would gladly add the photo but it has our minor child in it) but you can see the joy in it , that's for sure 😊❤️

When I was planning my divorce, I didn't know how to go about finding someone to represent me. I had received information about Del Re Law Group from my work. I filled out the intake form and scheduled my consult with Kat Allen. She was amazing. She had read the form, showed genuine care an concern and answered all of my questions. I thought it was too good to be true. I reached out to another firm that was "supportive of women", and they were constantly playing phone tag to set up the consult. When it came time for the consult, they did NOT read my intake form nor ask me any questions about my experience. They also wanted a higher fee! I then went back to my first option of Kat, and could not have been more happy. She was very attentive to the situation, quick to reply to my calls or emails, and very knowledgeable as to where I felt like I could get through this. No one wants to go through a divorce but Kat showed care and compassion and was able to empathize with the situation. You want someone like that on your side. Rachel was also very helpful and welcoming with giving and receiving information. You won't go wrong having them help you through the process.

GAL was not looking out for the best interest of the child. But following the Law as a black and white. Never took the child’s feelings, best interest or consideration of the child’s wants. Per the GAL she is not there representing or working for the child but gathers information for the judge and makes a decision. If you get a GAL kiss your child/children and money goodbye. Also, the parent has NO choice but to agree to the GAL’s recommendation. Because they are all in cahoots. So much for the law!

It was amazing having Del Re law group ,attorney David taking care of my case ,he is professional and dedicated to he’s job .I would go back in any other case. and office staff are professional and answer all question you might have. Thanks David and personal for taking my case .
