Marjorie is a highly professional and knowledgeable attorney. The initial attorney I had was unprofessional and not able to argue my case in court. After seeing Marjorie win a major argument against my attorney in a separate case, I immediately fired the attorney I had and hired Marjorie. Her advise is realistic and accurate! Marjorie Sher is an amazing attorney. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars. Like most people, I had very little understanding of the legal processes involved in settling child support and visitation issues. She helped me understand what information was useful and what was irrelevant. I didn’t end up wasting time (and racking up fees) on discussing things that would have no impact on my case. I was better able to focus on what I wanted / needed for my child in the future. Each court date, I went in with realistic expectations of what would occur. Unfortunately, my ex-husband is choosing to disregard the court orders. I will definitely be contacting Ms. Sher when I am ready to go back to court. She is that good.
