My case is now complete with Gibson Steigauf, and I cannot tell you how much I enjoyed working with both Scott Gibson & John Steigauf, and their hard working office personnel. For me the most difficult part of my case was the deposition. John was absolutely wonderful in helping me to get through it as I had to relive the details of the accident, which was quite disturbing for me. They both showed me kindness & empathy during the entire ordeal, which I very much appreciated. There are many pieces to a personal injury case that I was not aware of. They negotiated all areas excellently. John kept me well informed, spending a lot of time with me to be sure I understood everything that was going on & to update me on my case. He was also quick to respond to phone calls & emails. They negotiated a settlement that was more than satisfactory to me. They were also instrumental in putting me in touch with someone who helped me decide how to best invest some of the funds to my benefit. I honestly don't know what I would have done without this firm. I am a single woman who had no experience with a personal injury case before. I cannot recommend them enough.

I was involved in a serious car accident a few years ago, and I was referred to Michael through a mutual friend. Michael contacted me immediately to discuss my case. He listened carefully and made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. At first, I thought that I did not need an attorney and that I could just represent myself, but after speaking with a few people, they suggested that I definitely get one. I know that if I would have represented myself that I would have received enough money to pay my car off and maybe a little bit more for medical bills. Hiring Michael was definitely worth it. After a few months of physical therapy and surgery, Michael took care of all the communication between the insurance company and myself. I trusted him and told him that if he thought the offer that they had made was fair that I would let him make the decision to accept it or not. He went back and forth for another week or two, and he was able to obtain a bit more. Within a few weeks, I had a check in my hand. He actually has helped me more than once.
