I could write for days. (For real) but I’ll give you the short story. I’m a business owner with four kids one going college next year and I can honestly say if I wouldn’t have met Mr Ritacca 20 years ago I definitely wouldn’t be in this position.
A lot of these lawyers work with the state and only fight for you when the state lets them.. Mr Ritacca does what’s right every time regardless of what the opposing side says.

Bob represented my brother on a serious criminal sexual assault case. The state offered like 20 years on false allegations. He is the best trial lawyer, he filed motions and followed through with the hearings on the motion and was able to receive a disposition dismissing the serious sexual assault charges. My brother is now free. I thank him for his work. It took 1 year but he was not going to plea my brother out on false allegations. He sends letters to my house and kept me in the loop. He is worth every penny. He is my lawyer for life. -Gus

I have used Bob for years. He represents my entire family. Major felonies none of my family has gone to prison. For me two DUI's, one not guilty at trial. A second summary suspension rescinded aftwr a hearing because i refused to blow. My uncle stalking case not guilty. Hes forever my lawyer and my families lawyer. If you tell him what you want hes reasonable and fair. Hes respected by the states attorneh and judvds because hes tough and works everyday. He knows that cops hate him because he will put them on the stand. Ritacca for life!
