The best criminal lawyer out there. Extremely genuine and caring as well as knows everything in criminal justice, especially with criminals. He is a highly experienced lawyer and it was extremly apperent that he didnt care about the money but that he cared more about helping the client. He was able to drop 3 felony charges as well as get an innocent man free. He is amazing at his job and I would highly reccomend him to anyone. His fees are reasonable and very affordable. He is a skilled lawyer who is also a man of God

David is the best attorney i have ever seen. He knows all the laws and loopholes to get you the best results. He got me off a weapons charge and a reckless driving ticket. Keeping my good record intact. He has been my main attorney for 15 years . I couldn't be happier. I found Richard Albanese on google and was the greatest find for my situation. This is an attorney who is highly professional, patient, and very skilled. Got a ticket in Rock county for speeding, but actually wasn't. In fact the car ahead of me was going way faster than I was. Was surprised when I was pulled over, and when I told the officer I wasn't speeding and that the car in front of me was going way faster he wasn't having it. I took the ticket, and contacted Richard. He was amazing. Kept in close contact and gave me updates along the way. Ticket was changed to faulty speedometer, and had no impact on my license. I didn't think there would be a fair resolution of this, I assumed what the officer says he says, but it all worked out thanks to Richard! Thanks so much for the help!

Atty. David Weiner is great at what he does. Believe me when I say that he is, hands down, the best lawyer out there for DUI/Driver's License cases. I know a few people who were recommended to David by different lawyers because of how good he is. In fact, we were recommended to him by a public defender who didn't think he could handle our case. He has been our lawyer throughout our three year driving case journey and I could not be more glad that he was our lawyer throught it all. He is very knowledgeable and has tons of experience. Not to mention, every time we go to court, it was so crystal clear that everyone there respected him, and there has to be a reason for that. Thought I had a reliable attorney but didn’t even show up to court. Didn’t even call to let me know he would be late, nothing. I ended up infront of the judge by myself. And he shows up an hour later just to tell me if I showed the judge my license and insurance and to look at the papers I received from the judge. If I would of known he would of never showed up to my court I would of never payed him .
