I was charged with "DRIVING ON A REVOKED LICENSE". For the first time ever in my life, I was facing FELONY charges. Was worried beyond belief. Was I going really going to jail? What about my job? My bills? My family? According to the law I was facing up to several years in jail and hefty fines. Not to mention worst of all--a FELONY CONVICTION. Not good. Paul was assigned to my case through the Larry Davis Law Group. Simply put: HE'S EXCELLENT. I've never had, witnessed, or felt what it's like to have a REAL lawyer represent me. Long story short, my case was reduced to a misdemeanor with no jail time and minimal reporting duties to the probation department. I was blown away. This man is a pro's pro. He's completely competent and knows how to defend his clients. He has a counter move for everything that can be thrown at you in court from the prosecution. If you just trust in him (and the Larry David Law Group for the matter), I'm certain you will be more than pleased with your representation. I would give this man 1 million stars if I could. Paul was very helpful in navigating us through our 17 year old sons speeding ticket. Our son communicated with him directly to take ownership of the issue and was responsible for paying Paul's fee. Paul made the court appearance brief and to the point. Paul knew the system well and made our son's consequences less than what they would have been without him. I have used Paul for several matters over the years. He is highly knowledgeable of the ins and outs of driving related complaints. In the three cases I have used him, the results were exactly as he said they would be. Even when his rattled client couldn't find the courthouse.

This is a little late review but we wanted everyone to know that Paul got our case dismissed. We got into an car accident and which was our fault. We showed up to court all the times and we took car of the others person's car before court and Paul was able to get the tickets dismissed. If he wasn't our lawyer we would have been looking at some hefty tickets. Thanks to him we walked away saving money.

Mr. Serkland first of all, has a very charismatic and upbeat personality. Along side of that, he is very professional and experienced in his field therefore, worth the investment. I was excused of my ticket. Period!

Paul was very through and professional throughout the court case. He made sure that he did not miss anything that could exacerbate the case. We exchanged a few phone calls and he sounded like an all around nice guy. Overall he was very courteous and competent.

Mr. Serkland was very to the point. Everything was handled in a timely fashion and not dragged out. He was on top of reminding you when court was and was on time for court. Very professional!! Definitely would hire in for legal matters in the future.
