The cutest most adorable lawyer ever.

16 years... 16 long years I waited to have my driver's license back. Every lawyer I have spoken to told me it will be a lengthy process (which it is) and the way things were explained to me was scary so I put it off and put it off some more until finally I decided it's time. 4 years ago, I was recommended to David. He was straightforward from day one and he gave me more hope than any lawyers I have spoken to in the past. I instantly saw the determination in him and I knew I was in the right hands. My case was not an easy one. In fact, I had a different case going on that David was also representing me in in addition to my license reinstatement case but David worked me with through it all. He was always ready and he was confident at all of my hearings. I am VERY happy to say that as of yesterday, at exactly 3:35 PM, my driver’s license was officially reinstated and all thanks to David for it. My other case ended with a VERY desirable outcome as well. I could not have done any of these without him. For anyone out there who thinks they will never get their license back or are scared, I know the feeling, I was there too but you just have to take the first step and that is to call David. Let him review your case and let him represent you. This is one expensive journey, that’s a given but you want someone who will make every penny you spend worth it. You want someone who knows what they are doing, someone who knows the laws very well and someone who will be honest with you and not give you false hope for your money. David is that someone. He has proven it to me time and time again and I have no doubt that he will do the same for you. Thank you, David, for all that you have done for my family and me. You are truly a blessing. For the first time in 16 years, I have peace of mind. I will never be able to thank you enough for everything.

I'm just going to add to what everyone else said here. I had a incident on I94 where I was driving 29 mph over the speed limit rushing my 8 year old to ER. I ended up with a misdemeanor ticket which would have cost me my job if convicted. Court date was 45 days from the date of the ticket and I would have lost my mind waiting that long. I found David within 5 days of the incident and he got the court date moved to 2 weeks. We got there, I didn't have to do anything - David had control of the whole process up front, checked us in with the clerk, with security, went and talked to the prosecutor, etc. He got my ticket knocked down to regular speeding with 6 months probation. If (and I didn't) get another ticket in those 6 months, case closed, no penalties on my driving record. My employer has ran two checks since then and completely clear. I was out of my mind with worry and David just kept telling me to relax (not in a demeaning way, rather very sincere). He walked me out of the court all the way to the parking lot, shook hands and I went on with my life. Great lawyer, absolutely great.

I would highly recommend Evan Winer. My boyfriend was arrested on an aggravated battery charge. It was night time, so I left a message at this law office for a lawyer to call me as soon as possible. Because the police had held him over night. He called me VERY promptly, and gave me a bunch of information. The bail was very high, and all the money we had right then. He was very flexible with our financial situation. Besides that, he was an AMAZING attorney. We had a very difficult case, and he did amazing. He got the best outcome possible for our case. When someone is guilty and they have strong evidence against them, it’s hard to have a decent outcome. Especially him being black and the police weren’t treating him right from the start. Evan did amazing , and with the series of felonies my boyfriend was facing, Evan even managed to get him NO jail time. Amazing. Can’t thank him enough for everything he’s done for us. With a public defender, he would of been in jail. He helped us get through this and be able to keep our family together.

Evan Winer is an outstanding attorney. He is efficient, ethival and most important cares for his clients best intrest and gets good reaults. I highly recommend him as an attorney to obtain.
