Mr. Dreifuss not only got right on the job, he really cares enough. Any legal issues can be very scary and foreign to a lot of people. Mr. Dreifuss took the time to explain everything. He listens and really gives the impression that he cares. He doesn't sugarcoat anything. Gives it to you straight and, in my opinion, works hard to get the ideal outcome. He is patient, yet determined.

First off, Jason was one of the most straight-forward attorneys that I have ever hired. During our phone consultation he was able to provide me with a brief assessment of my case and a clear description of what I could expect, both the good and the bad. He did so in a way that I did not feel as though I was going to be walking into the proverbial gauntlet as I have in the past. In the end, his payment arrangements were clear and reasonable and on our last court date he informed me that he had secured a dismissal.

Jason made a very different impression on the phone to me when I was talking to lawyers figuring out who to hire. He definitely stood out. I never go the feeling like I was just another potential client like I did with other lawyers. Jason was friendly and sympathetic. He was $500 to $1000 less than other lawyers and was easy to work with in terms of a payment plan. He was very knowledgeable and I was very impressed with how much time he spent on my case. In the end he was able to get my case dismissed! He got the judge to rule that my DUI arrest was unconstitutional. I would recommend Jason to everybody. Not only is he a excellent lawyer he was a genuinely nice and honest person.
