I was so pleased with these two women. LaTonya and Renae and their entire staff were great to deal with. Returned calls promptly and I loved that these two women have a heart for God, It drives them to fight for what is true and just. I was referred to Bur-Man Law Group by USCCA insurance. I received a huge lack of professionalism. LaTonya will not fight for you. Once you pay the down payment for services, she has no reason to be aggressive. She is at the mercy of state’s attorney to make a deal. Paralegals in the office are rude and have no concept of customer service. Attorneys do not to waste their time giving families updates per Latonya. They are unavailable to their clients. Unless you expect to receive an acceptable plea deal, Latonya is not the attorney for you. She will not fight for you.
