I never wanted to be in the position to need legal representation but I am glad I came across Dan's firm online. Honestly money well spent, and I highly recommend his services. What grabbed my attention was the fact that Dan used to be a prosecutor before a defense attorney and also his experience with helping military members in the community with their legal troubles. At the end of the day I was given the BEST possible outcome with my case and getting off this "easy" definitely helps me to learn my lesson knowing how lucky and blessed I was to have the legal representation that I did.

Mr. Hodgkinson and Mr. McCollum delivered as promised! They were able to help me avoid jail on two DUIs I received 6 months apart from each other and even helped me avoid community service hours too! Sending a personal thank you to Dan Hodgkinson! This review isn’t even for me - it’s for my wife. If anyone is looking for an attorney that does his due diligence and treats his clients with respect, Dan is the attorney for you. Probation tried to screw my wife over with her university and pull her out of her University and ruin her scholarship when we had permission by the court. He succeeded in crushing the probation officer to the point she didn’t even want to show up for court. Now she is no longer on probation and on supervision with the freedom that she deserves. I highly recommend Dan to get the job done!
