I was pulled over in February 2020 initially for speeding. Long story short, I was being taken to the Vernon Hills Police department for DUI. I had one previous DUI that was brought down to reckless driving 15 years ago. I knew that I was out of luck, and this time I would be convicted of DUI. I set up an appointment with Daniel Hodgkinson immediately. I was very nervous, but he reassured me that he and his firm would help. Daniel gave me information on what I need to get started right away to help my case. Seven months later and a few continuances, I received the fantastic news from Daniel himself, saying that he had done the impossible and reduced the charges to reckless driving!!!
