Aggressive and questionable tactics in debt collection
“Be careful when dealing with them...keep good records of your payments. It's more advantageous to them to have you be late or miss a payment so they can take you back to court and charge you court fees.”

Rude and unprofessional customer service
“If you call to find out the status on your case and inquire about progress- Patrick (attorney)will berate you. Forget about them emailing you on update of the status on collections-what a waste of three years on time, money with this business!”
