Mr. Antia was introduced to me by a relative who is an immigrant activist. My application for permanent residency was on the verge of being denied due to the inadequate handling of my case by a previous lawyer. Mr. Antia greeted me warmly and managed my case with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. He stood by my side throughout every stage of the process, effectively remedying the situation. As a result of his dedicated efforts, I am now writing this review as a proud U.S. citizen.

This person was extremely unprofessional and rude. He was our immigration lawyer for a couple of months until we found our new and excellent lawyer. He worked on my mothers case, however due to his character and his lack of accessibility he forced us to turn elsewhere. From the beginning he mentioned he would not submit any paperwork until the full payment was done! Something our new lawyer never did or asked for. So of course to move things faster we paid over $3,000!! So he could start “working”. The only thing he really did was make us fill out papers. Trying to get a sponsor, we had several family members reach out to him but of course he was too busy. We wasted precious time on him since then. We tried calling him and he would get annoyed or simply didn’t think we were being polite for his likes. But I think any person would get frustrated after paying this person +$3,500 already and leaving you on voicemail. Hardly ever replied to his emails….. so there wasn’t really a way of communication. I think for a women, who’s only wish was to see her dying mother would become desperate like any normal human being. I think this reaction would be explained since time was of the essence and it’s important to answer calls ? At the end he mentioned, “he’d consider taking us back “ Of course when we emailed him back saying we found better law advise elsewhere because we couldn’t work with someone who didn’t prioritize their clients and got annoyed from the phone calls. We begged and pleaded for a full refund or something reasonable he immediately said yes and only refunded us $700 out of the +$3,500….. for his “time” the only thing he truly did was fill out paperwork and not answer phone calls. I truly believe this man was not worth those $2,800 he kept for just filling out paperwork and not answering phone calls. It’s also very weird and suspicious new comments started appearing after my mother’s initial comment when he didn’t have any before ????? Don’t beg for positive feedback. Let it be natural. It looks very bad that new positive and 5 star reviews appear after her initial comment when he never had any to begin with.

Extremely satisfied with his services. I hired him for an immigration case, great communication, efficiency and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him for immigration services.

La peor del mundo el servicio es pésimo el ase firmar el Contrato después que le pagas el balance ya no quiere contestar y si llamas para preguntar sobre tu caso se moleta según !!! Diciendo que eres grosera ! Solo por preguntar cosas de tu caso !!!! Se ase el ofendido ! Y ya dice que si no estar feliz te puedes ir a otro lado !!!! Claro sin devolver el dinero por un trabajo que nunca se realizó solo el llenar los formularios 3500 $$$$ y solo devuelve 600 $ de verdad no vallan ahí pésimo servicio ! Gracias a Dios ahí una organización donde puse la queja y vean que clase de abogado es??????? No pierdan su dinero 💰 tengo pruebas de todo lo que digo .

Mr Benedetto represented me in my divorce. My case had international elements, and I had previously consulted another lawyer who told me that even serving my foreign spouse would be very difficult. Mr. Benedetto got this important task done easily and quickly. Right away, he had some creative ideas that I would not have thought of, and that I believe most lawyers would not have thought of. These creative ideas led to a very good settlement for me, whereas less creative thinking would have probably left me with very little. He was knowledgeable throughout and struck a good balance between consulting me as to what I wished done, but advising me on what would be best. I never felt he forced my hand, but still, he had a way of easing me into what would be most in my interest for me to do. I would say he is a peacemaker at heart, which is not what one expects from a lawyer. But I feel it is the best approach in family law cases, and in my case led to settlement. The opposing lawyer was always trying to fight, and to escalate situations that were already anger provoking. Mr. Benedetto had a great way of calming the situation at various junctions where, without his input, I think a settlement might have become impossible due to the anger of everyone else involved, including the other lawyer! Another real plus is that he is very easy to get in touch with. I have heard nightmarish stories from friends who hired other lawyers, who were not responsive to their calls. Mr. Benedetto was very responsive and available. He really made me feel as if my case was special. I'm sure he makes every client feel this way, and I highly recommend him as a great lawyer, ethical person and just an all around good man.

I have dealt with Mr. Cooke for many years. He do his part and I do mine and then the case is signed sealed and closed before you know it.
