I went to Theresa to sue one of the biggest banks in the US for discrimination after over 20 lawyers told me I "had a case" but turned me down because it would "tie up their practice." Theresa didn't back down, she listened and knew that what had happened to me should never have happened to anyone! After our first meeting, I paid her retainer, which was so reasonable for my case, and she worked over 3 months to file my case in federal court. The bank came in guns blazing, but Theresa has never backed down to them. We are still in court, but I would not want anyone else by my side in that court room but her. If you are looking for someone who is going to fight for you, no matter how big or small the opponent is, Theresa V Johnson is the attorney you want on your side!!

We had a complex zoning issue where a very expensive attorney was milking us for large amounts of money with no demonstration of work being completed. We didn't know what to do until we met Theresa who helped us draft a letter to the lawyer to explain our dissatisfaction with his legal services and informing him that we were terminating him as our attorney. Ultimately with Theresa's advice we worked out the remainder of our issues and her rates were extremely reasonable. I would recommend her for any complicated legal problems you may have. We found Theresa to be very honest and trustworthy.
