Don Ramsell works so hard for his clients. I had hired him after winning an appeal that brought my case back to the county court level. I had already served over 4 yrs. in IDOC and had 2 left, plus 2 yrs. parole. During my new hearings, Don did an in-depth analysis on my toxicology reports, showed flaws in the methods used to prosecute me and gave a speech on my personal life and character that brought me to tears. After all that time behind bars, I had almost forgotten all that I was capable of being but he reminded me that day. Watching him work was like being in a tv show. When the ruling came back, I was granted probation and given community service. I'm free and home with my family. I truly believe if I had hired Don right off the bat, I never would have seen prison but no take backs! Hire Don first!! He will save your life.

I hired Mr. Ramsell to help insure that my son would be able to get supervision, and not a violation on his record. Since my son just completed court supervision, it was not a given that he would receive supervision. I have to admit...I do tend to speed and I am fairly new to the area. Getting this ticket you know 39 in a 25 was quite the surprise. I honestly didn't see an 25 speed limit sign!
