My case went all the way to the Illinois Supreme Court. They defended my position and won! Ramsell and Associates are the only attorneys I would recommend.

I went to talk to 2 other firms before being recommened to Ramsell and Associates, and God am I grateful I didn't end up going with any of the other firms. From the time I called to make my appointment, I knew that this firm was like no other. They asked me so many questions that the other firms never even touched on, made me feel off the bat that these guys were no joke. Jason was our attny and he was very knowledgeable and had lots of communication with my wife when getting all the paperwork together to build my case. I can't thank them enough, and yes they were a little more expensive then the other firms I visited, but the outcome was well worth it! You get what you pay for.

Cons: The customer service given by the secretary staff is awful. I understand that everyone has bad days and I am thankful that they are not the ones representing me in court. Pros: I had peace of mind that the court process was going to go smoothly and without concern. Details: Jason was my attorney, and from the moment I saw this man, I knew I was in good hands. He reviewed my entire case and put in the effort to assist me in the best way possible. Any concern that I had, Jason had an answer. Dealing with a DUI case is something I would never wish upon anyone, but every day that I showed up to court I had the confidence that things would be resolved thanks to Ramsell & Associates. They care about my well-being from start to finish and beyond. My rating: 5/5 (4/5 experience because of the secretaries, they were pretty brutal to deal with, ngl. HOWEVER, plus one star for following through with one of my capricious requests.)

Excellent service better outcome than expected

Poorly defended in a case that should have never seen day#2 of court. What I got in return for hiring them was a year total in court and thousands of dollars in legal fees all because of a stupid text I sent someone defending myself which is considered an electronic threat. These guys are all about the money. I ended up in worse shape then I was in before I hired them. I got arrested while going to court for the very thing I was trying to fight. They didn't withdraw from my case, I dropped their attorney and hired another.

Ramsell & Associates will treat you like family. I admit I’m not a perfect, treated Ramsell with poor communication and lack of responsibility. In return they still acted the Utmost professional, still treated me as one of their most important clients. They made me feel as if they worked on my case 24/7, will answer at any time of the day. I missed Court and didn’t call 4 1/2 hours ahead like I agreed to do on my retainer, my lawyer REACHED OUT TO ME to explain as why he had to appear and fix my problems doing his magic work. On top of all the other cases they deal with, they still managed make feel like a elephant was taken off my shoulders. I got the outcome I WANTED with Ramsell & Associates. But the best part is Donald Ramsell himself ALSO personally reached out to me after to also ensure my case was treated with professionalism, punctuality, respect, and genuine care for the outcome. They were gonna have me plea to wreckless driving. I fired them . Then they tricked me and are suing me for money... When they did nothing for me. The bar attorney got it thrown out.

Maria was insightful and knowledgeable about the homebuying process, and even assisted me with some issues I was having with my current rental. Extremely quick to respond to my many inquiries. Highly recommended!
