Over the past year and a half, I have had the pleasure of having Jason Kunowski defending my DUI charges. For my work, I have to drive a company vehicle and my driving record is paramount for retaining employment, a DUI conviction would disqualify me and I would be forced to leave the business after 24 years. So I put all my trust in Jason, went to trial, and all I have to say is what a fabulous job Jason did for me!! Jason Kunowski is an expert at DUI law. He clearly explained my options, which was very important, he prepped me for my trial and his courtroom presence was second to none. My trail went flawless no doubt due to Jason's expertise, it was a great feeling to have such a fine attorney in my corner. I would recommend Ramsell and Associates to anyone who wants the BEST representation to dispute their DUI charges.

Caught a DUI because i refused a breathalyzer after i drove into a ditch even though I was sober and passed field sobriety and station breathalyzer, Ramsel tried to charge me 4500 DOWN PAYMENT and total fees would be around 10k to have it dropped to a Reckless Driving , I looked around and found someone that did the same thing for me 1500, dont let their "we wrote a dui book" fool you , if you have a good case and you know you're in the right dont go to these guys, only care about taking more of your money during hard times, the secretary became VERY rude after I wanted to talk to the lawyer again but she said PAY THE 4500 AND WE CAN TALK

Jason Kunowski was my lawyer and I was in an impossible situation that seemed to drag on for years. Jason never gave up on me, he kept me updated every step of the way, and never stopped fighting for me. He was able to convince the prosecution to offer me a deal that I was extremely happy with. I could not recommend him enough he is seriously the best!!

When you're going to court, you want someone with the experience, intellect, and knowledge to win your case, and Mr. Ramsell and his associates will take care you, fight for you, and protect you like no one else! Called to speak with an attorney to see if he was the right fit. And the person I spoke with wanted me to provide an abstract for the attorney just so I can speak with one?!?! I was fine with providing my ticket and explaining my driving history, but the person over the phone was unwilling to help out in anyone without it. Very bad experience. I just wanted to speak with someone that could actually provide some insight of the traffic offense. So i may move with their services.
