“He did not return emails or calls in a timely manner and the emails go to junk mail which means he probably was blind Cc his mom on my emails or someone else perhaps.”

“Alex Fawell was continually flipflopping on an issue regarding my house. Long story short, he changed his mind three times on whether a quit claim deed was needed. He should have known better and if he's experienced as he states, he would not have changed his mind so frequently.”
