If you have a challenging, high conflict divorce then Joe should be your attorney (if you don’t, then count your lucky stars and have this attorney in your back pocket just in case). Joe comes highly recommended by his peers and is direct, knowledgeable, professional and responsive while ensuring that there are swift resolutions in your favor. He is the spitfire you need on your team to cut through the BS that opposition throws your way while making sure that your kids and you are at the forefront of attaining some semblance of normalcy. While family law often addresses many of their differences between families prior to a full blown trial, in my case I wasn’t so lucky (8+ years of absurdity, a very non committal ex and very ill prepared opposing counselor) Joe was instrumental in ensuring that the both my trails stayed on course addressing the children’s safety, comfort and family time front and center and walking away with a victory each and every time.

I don't even know where to begin when it comes to how highly I regard Joe O'Brien. Shortly after I filed for divorce 8 years ago it became became apparent that it was going to be a complex and challenging process. Joe is by far one of the best attorneys i have ever hired for any legal matter , he is quick on responses , in the courtroom he is a bull and takes charge, so If you want the job don't right and promptly you need to hire Joe unless you like sleepless nights . Everytime I have anything come up on my divorce I get Joe involved since he knows my case and deals with it swiftly and promptly. Do not trust any other attorney other than Joe i mean that.
