True story: I had been in litigation with my ex-wife for nearly four years with my "High Profile" LaSalle Street attorney who overcharged and under delivered. Each settlement offer after settlement offer was rejected. David Mann took over my case and with a strategy at a court trial put the fear of God into the other attorney not by being vicious, but by knowing the Law and working out a settlement without going to trial. David Mann was able to accomplish a settlement in four weeks what this other high profile Super Attorney failed to do in four years. David also negotiated another situation that was fair and equitable. We are blessed to have David Mann in our corner. David is a straight shooter. He tells you the right way to proceed with the case, how to do it legitimately, and honestly. He is very sincere and spends extra time explaining things in case you get confused. Very patient with all of my questions, which I really appreciated. What I liked was that he actually picks up when you call. It doesn't go to some secretary who asks a bunch of random questions and then tells you the lawyer will call you back. So for that, I give him 6 stars.
