i had called countless chicago abusive ,laxed,greedy attn:whhhhohhhw!!!i called mr gutzke off the whelm and asked questions back to back.he never scamed me with the :you gotta give me $200.00 bucks manuever.he answered all my questions and even gave indepth insight to avenues i didnt even research prior to the conversation and hes a great guy.i recommend him to everyone!!thanks John!
