Worst firm I’ve ever dealt with!!! So unprofessional can’t pick up a phone and call their clients Just use mail or email to inform them of very important information regarding their case I would never recommend them to anyone I know!! I wasted my money with them and they did nothing for my case!!!

Attorney Lynn Mirabella served as Guardian ad Litum (GAL) on my case and sentenced my children to a childhood routine where (aside from vacations) they will never spend another full week in their home again until they are 18 years old. This woman did not properly or ethically investigate my children's case, causing severe emotional distress with their current routine now. She saw certain things with her own eyes, with my ex admitting all of it right to her face, right in front of me – all documented in the Pleadings – yet, this woman submitted her report to the attorneys, omitting all she had seen, said, and heard, and instead chose to permanently split my children's school week directly in half for the rest of their childhoods. She didn’t bother to speak to any of my kids' teachers initially to prove parental involvement in their lives and how they are doing in school on a day-to-day basis, but only contacted the closest people in their lives seven months after I had given her the original list of references to call – and only because I had my lawyer request her to do so. Her recommendations report was missing vital information relative to the case, and the rest of it filled with erroneous opinions. She excluded all indications of the serious problems and concerns she had expressed earlier in the case, except for a significant program being implemented by her, but without an explanation of why she implemented it, although the reasoning behind her implementing that important program was the entire basis of my decision to file in the first place. In the two-year course of my case, there have been a total of six other divorce cases in this state take place in my social circle alone with every single one of them having the traditional parenting schedule or better (i.e., more stable). Attorney Mirabella made serious mistakes in her judgment, didn’t protect my kids, and should be prevented from serving as a Guardian ad Litum in any future cases. Going forward, it is vitally important that GAL’s have mandatory training in the areas of parental depression and addiction to understand the seriousness of those issues before taking on cases where children’s lives and wellbeing are at stake. Instead, they want to wait for something bad to happen instead of minimizing the child’s exposure to risk and emotional harm – which is a mother’s worst nightmare. Everything she was aware of that was occurring when she was first assigned to our case is still occurring now. GALs should be outlawed. They serve no constructive purpose in a common divorce. Most kids are simply not going to share the truth of what’s going on with a stranger when we parents tell them all their lives not to talk to strangers. The position was put in place simply to push divorce cases through the legal system. They serve no other purpose. It’s all political and harms children. They don’t care about the children involved in the least. I’m not the only divorced parent who feels this way. The one thing she did right was not show up to my divorce finalization, because I never want to see her face again. I will never forgive her for what she’s done to my children. Ever.

I would highly recommend Henry Kass if one needs a divorce attorney. Henry was very personable and professional in the two years that we worked together. Henry's knowledge of the law was exceptional, and I always felt like he made my case a priority. He would often say, "I was awake at 3:00AM thinking about your case." To me this showed his dedication. Henry was always easily accessible, and he explained all legal matters in terms that I could understand. I went through a very difficult divorce that lasted over two years and I don’t know how I would have gotten through it without Henry Kass. He’s very knowledgeable about divorce and family law and led me in the right direction concerning every decision. He won all our motions in court, issues outside of court, and won a very favorable outcome for me. My ex-husband told a friend he wished he would have retained Henry for himself. I think Henry’s best assets are he’s ethical, trustworthy, caring, and a good communicator. He explained complex legal and financial issues in a clear way that I could understand. My ex was bringing me back to court for a Post Divorce issue .. His accusations were false however I still needed to defend myself. I was assigned Todd Scalzo .. I never met with him before . I explained the situation and handed over all of my documents etc . He listened to me and took my case very serious . He did a fantastic job during the hearing ! I was impressed !
