I was the successor trustee for my deceased aunt's trust. Midway through the process the original attorney handling the trust left the law firm and Colleen Henes was assigned to us. Although we never met in person, we were able to conduct our business via email until completion. Colleen was always up on everything and responded to my emails in a timely manner, even on weekends. I felt I was always kept up to date. It was a pleasant experience working with Colleen.

I used Smarter Will to prepare my estate plan online. It was all fairly straightforward and I got my documents quickly. I was a bit nervous to see what I would get from them, but I was pleasantly surprised to see my documents neatly laid out in a folder with little tabs telling me where to sign. It also came with instructions on how to sign and witness all the documents, which really helped. The best part was that Colleen reviewed all my answers and, within 48 hours, she sent me an email asking me to confirm that what I inputted online was exactly what I wanted to do (like who I wanted as health care agents and where I wanted all my money to go). Now I have everything in order and have peace of mind knowing that everything is taken care of (and for a good price!). Great work!
