In my experience, I would never recommend this practice. I needed a service, without going into details, they did not take my case seriously. Hired this practice 12/2021-now had to hire another lawyer. Sometimes practices take more than they are capable of. This, to me, was a lesson learned. I hope I can keep people like me away from this practice. Small and invisible to most.

George Frederick and his wonderful legal secretary, Cierra Grimaudo were a joy to work with in a very uncomfortable situation. They were in contact with me on a weekly basis, and handled everything in a timely, and professional manner. Highly recommend!

I have had two cases with Stacey McCullough and she has been excellent. Stacey is knowledgeable, professional and very kind. I highly recommend her.

Mirabella, Kincaid, Frederick & Mirabella, LLC was great. They have excellent customer service, they were quick to respond any correspondence that my husband and I sent along with excellent follow through with all of the information that they needed. They worked hard for us and we had a very positive outcome with their support. Without their help we may not have had such a great outcome. We would not hesitate to use them again if needed.

There was no guidance not even a motion filed in court in 8 mths after their council was retained. There were rights that I had as a single mother of 2 boys, never even discussed or brought up. I had to find a different attorney. After wasting 8 mths and over $5,000.00! Ladies you need someone on your side to guide you though is process, and someone that has your back! It’s definitely NOT them!

They took $6000 from me and did hardly any thing they charge me fo things I never asked for and when I questioned it they dropped me and said go find another lawyer

Unfortunately divorce is not an easy for anyone involved. Its especially not easy choosing an attorney and firm to represent you and to know they are looking out for your best interest during this unfortunate time. I can't rave about her enough for the help and assistance she provided me with the expungement of my cases. I was linked to her through the Dupage County Expungement Clinic which she helped start back in 2019-2020 and never in my wildest dreams would I have expected to get the attention and help she provided me! I made some mistakes in the past due to some mental health issues and stupidity and it's followed me over the years. When I finally was able to apply for expungement I was greeted with a very confusing process and when inquired, high attorney fees. After finding the Expungement Clinic, I just expected to be passed along, assisted in the process, and forgotten. That IS NOT the case! Stacey was just phenomenal and I recommend her and anyone out there looking to seal or expunge records! Thank you Stacey for your time and devotion!

I have dealt with many law firms and by far this law firm is the best. They truly work to ensure the lawful outcome for their clients cases.
