I recently had a unique situation where I needed representation and through some research online I found MKFM Law. Mr. Henry Kass and Ms. Britni Bartik were able to quickly get me in for an initial consult and worked tirelessly to successfully complete the case given my very tight time-frame. At first, Henry and Britni gave me a less than 5% chance that it would be completed due to the complexity and uncertainty of the case. It definitely seemed like a long shot, however through their hard work, diligence, and knowledge of law, Henry and Britni were able to come up up with a successful plan and made things happen. Their professionalism was par excellence, and I give my unreserved recommendation for the team at MKFM Law.

I would absolutely recommend Henry, Lori and the MKFM firm to all my friends and family. My case was a contested adoption and ended up also including a side appeal case as well. It was an extremely long and litigious case that required patience, expertise and attention to detail. We won our case handedly and we would not have without Henry's extensive knowledge in case law, brilliant trial composure and overall calm, composed and very confident demeanor. In fact, the Appellate court saw fit to have Henry's arguments entered into case law for future cases. The only good reason in a divorce is that you don't have pretend any more that you like your in-laws. The rest of it can be pretty nasty. I am very picky about anything, I spend hours asking and researching about even little things. Picking a divorce attorney was a very long process for me. Now I can easily say that if I ever have to go through it again MKFM will be my law firm. They helped me in every attack I had to take from my wife.
