I recently had the opportunity to work with Jessica McGary as the attorney for my divorce. She is fair, knowledgeable, and handles things in a professional manner. She respected my wishes but also was diligent in making sure I was aware of all my options. She was quick in responding to emails and provided incredible support throughout the whole process. She was a pleasure to work with and I am incredibly thankful to her.

I dealt with Attorney Naseem Hosseini with a very high conflict divorce case. She was fierce advocate for me. She knew the details of the case very well. She fought hard. I felt like a friend was in the room with me with the way she fought for me. I highly recommend her. She is amazing!

I was looking for information last summer and happened to find MKFM on Google. When I called to ask questions I was very pleasantly surprised to find that they were happy to answer all my questions and help guide me even before I hired them! Catherine Sheehan was my attorney and was not only helpful, but supportive and friendly throughout the entire thing! She ALWAYS took time to answer my questions and never made me feel stupid. She was thorough and kind and helped me to get what was needed from the case. I can’t say enough positive things about this firm!

I called them and believe I was going to get a thorough counseling to a legal matter that I had. The secretary asked me questions and and said that in order to talk with any of their lawyers they would charge me $150 dollars. I did agree to the charge and believe I would be helped. I was very wrong. The lawyer asked me how much I made , how much the other party made and said that she could not help me with my legal matter. That it would cost me over $5000 for just the small paper work and basically she could not help me. She talked with me over the phone for only 15 minutes. I can't image what they charge in an hour. More than likely $1000 per hour.They are rats and a scam. It you have lots of money to throw away then call them.

Cat Sheehan is your divorce lawyer. She is extremely female friendly and a powerhouse in court. She is a straight shooter and pivots quick on her feet and is even quicker and deliberate with her words when you need her to be in court or if she is head to head with opposing counsel. She is knowledgeable, resourceful, kind, and always available for her clients.

Lindsey Mirabella did a fantastic job representing me in my custody case, as well as all the work by paralegal Eric Delgado and all the office staff I dealt with throughout my case. I knew it was going to be an uphill battle, and having a good attorney was vital, which is why I decided to go with Linsdey. She did not sugarcoat anything, was always transparent, and followed through on all her responsibilities and then some. I've heard horror stories about lawyers trying to drain every cent out of their clients and exploiting tumultuous and emotional cases like mine but she kept everything straight to the point and was very efficient. I could even tell in the court appearances that she was much more professional and prepared than most other lawyers including the opposing counsel, which made me feel very secure in the representation I was getting. I came out of my case with the desired result that in the beginning even Lindsey was skeptical we'd see so soon, but that speaks to the level of honesty and integrity I received from the very beginning with realistic expectations and no unkept promises. I highly recommend Lindsey Mirabella, Eric Delgado and the entire MKFM practice.

While the attorneys are friendly, it will cost you thousands. I realize there is no guarantee that any case will have a favorable outcome, however, my custody and financial agreements had extenuating circumstances. Despite proof that should have leaned the case in my children's and my favor, a guardian ad litem (who too took the maximum over $7000 for barely doing anything), had to be appointed because Lindsey was unable to iron things out with my ex's attorney. For every short email and reply, I was charged a full 15 minutes of her time, at the rate of $62.50. So, if you reply with a sentence, for her to read it is $62.50. She will show up in court on your behalf, file documents, of course, bill you thousands monthly, without any results to show for where the money is going. So if you have unlimited funds (I personally spent over $30,000 on my case) and need some basic court filings, then this is the firm for you. If you want actual results, stay away.

My husband and I are incredibly grateful that we came across Henry Kass. From the very first consultation with Henry, we were impressed with his knowledge and compassion related to our stepparent adoption case. Henry made us feel at ease throughout every step of the way. He communicated each step of the process clearly and honestly for all possible scenarios that we might encounter. We will forever be grateful for everything that Henry did for our family.
