When my wife filed for divorce I was stunned. I had no idea what to do, the process, or my next steps. I started interviewing attorneys and found Henry Kass. He was amazing, he was honest, loyal, and genuine. The key to his honesty was that he did not make promises that he could not deliver, he told me what things would cost, and he was always truthful. He would explain the law, the process, and what the steps were that were needed to get through this difficult time in my life. He was loyal, he was genuinely concerned with my case, my emotional wellbeing, and he understood the emotions of the situation. His calm demeanor was helpful in our meetings and his knowledge of the process ensured the settlement was fair. He was genuine, he would tell me no, he would tell me why, and he would explain every detail. So many attorneys try to sell you on things that just don’t happen, raising your hopes and also making the process last longer and creating more animosity. Henry did not let that happen, he worked diligently to help me through the process. His efforts went above and beyond what I would ever expect from my attorney. I give Henry my highest recommendation, he is someone I truly trust and respect.

I am forever thankful for Lindsey Mirabella. There were several occasions where she went out of her way to help me, and she went above and beyond any expectation I had. She was extremely compassionate and understanding throughout my entire case and never gave less then 100%.
