My wife and I hired Henry to help me adopt my wife's daughter. He did a really great job explaining the process and each step we needed to go through and was extremely helpful facilitating acquiring a release from my daughters biological father and making sure that each stage of the proceeding went smoothly and quickly. I was represented thru my divorce by Samantha Guttenburg (original attorney assigned to my case) and Lacey Boulware (2nd attorney from this firm who took over and closed my case) and their paralegal Jefferey Fonk. As Samantha is no longer with MKFM Law, tho she was fantastic and a key player to the success of my case as the respondent in my divorce, I will minimize my review relevant to the representation I received toward the finalizing of my divorce. Lacey Boulware is a relatively young attorney but in my opinion, Lacey has a fantastic and successful career as an attorney ahead of her! Let me start by saying that upon meeting Lacey, she was very respectful, knowledgeable and professional. On our first conversation via telephone, I got very passionate and heated about one of our subjects during our conversation and Lacey handled it with extreme professionalism, compassion and understanding! She was apologetic where appropriate, firm in her position where necessary, and always professional and willing to calmly explain her position. I must say I was most impressed with this young lady and in my personal opinion any firm will find her as a highly productive and professional asset to their firm and a compassionate and competent colleague! As for Mr. Fonk, paralegal to both Samantha Guttenburg and Lacey Boulware, I can't find enough kind and praising words to say. One day soon, I'm sure this gentleman will be one of the representing attorneys at this firm and will also become highly successful. I was very hesitant to use mediation but was pleasantly surprised by Lynn Mirabella. She was very professional and knowledgably. She did a great job staying neutral and helping us through the process. Would highly recommend her.
