We had a small claims case that Andrew was willing to assist us with. Meeting with him, he was very honest from the start with information about our case and what was to be expected. To add to the many horrible reviews of Attorney Lance Green I wanted to share my experience with anyone thinking of hiring this man. I represented myself in a request to change support payments for a child that no longer resides with the mother as she continued to collect the support for her own personal gain. This should have been a simple case that because of his apparent need to run up billable hours he extended the case to over 8 months. As stated by other reviews I found Lance to be argumentative and condescending any chance he got. He not only consistently and purposefully refused to inform his own client of all offers and aspects of negotiations even if I was agreeing to his own terms but would often would try and intimidate me with threats of actions that were not statutory nor legal. He bargains in bad faith and can’t be trusted to follow through with what he agrees to. I can go on and on about the way this man conducts himself but I don’t want to ramble. I know I come off as the scorned person that had to deal with him but there has to be a reason why he constantly receives poor reviews on all platforms over and over again. He’s an embarrassment to his profession and I seriously don’t know why this firm employs him. I beg anyone that’s looking for a good attorney to do your homework and go somewhere else.
