Jim has been wonderful to Bill and I. Easy to talk to, always prompt with answers to my many questions and concerns. And finally resolving the issue with our eviction process. We feel Jim went above and beyond personally through our son Tony, and daughter Emily. It was definitely a group effort. We appreciate the work done by the entire firm.
