Called here just to inquire about a few things and the woman on the phone was very rude and sassy. All I did was leave a voicemail with my company ID on there cause we have a plan through them and her response was not professional. There's no reason to be sassy with someone especially when you're just trying to find some representation. Do better.

Aaron Heifner helped me with a custody battle where I was deceived and manipulated. I am going to be forever grateful to him and his staff, especially Kim. They were always there to answer my questions and doubts. Aaron gave me the courage to stand up for myself and stop the abuse. He defended my rights and made sure I was always covered. Aaron heifner is the worst attorney to have ever for a custody case he screwed us out of $4000 dollars and didn’t do anything to help our case but get our visitation shortened and his paralegal is rude and very unprofessional she swears on her kids life’s when trying to defend herself for something that she didn’t do and she knows it but claimed on her children’s lives on recording that she did! We had to fire him as our attorney because his negligence and The fact that he was never available for contact anytime that we would reach out to him We always had to speak to Kim and she was nothing but negative and rude and very hostile to any of Aaron’s clients

Mr. Heifner and Mr. Benge are 2 of the best men and attorneys I have ever dealt with. They are caring and listen to us. We have Domino home now because of these guys. Thanks and now on to the next step. 😃🙏

I'm truly not impressed at all, I believe perhaps he is "in" with prosecutor Rodney Cummings and the Madison county courts in general. He did not follow through with what he said he would for a friend of mine, and talked them into pleading guilty for a case they in fact were not guilty for. Just another part of the "system" that wants more money? I'd love to think not, but I can only go by my experience. I would not recommend.

I was hard pressed after an attorney backed out on me, so I researched and found Brandon. I am so glad he was the silver lining in that, He was very attentive and cared about what I wanted. He’s a good lawyer and I’d recommend him 15/10

brandon was the 4th lawyer i spoke to while trying to divorce my husband. he was the ONLY lawyer that communicated effectively, understood what i needed & made sure everything got done on a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend his services. can’t say thank you enough.
