Great guy gave me some good advice would definitely recommend

He is fine. Just had a question, and he gave me my answer.

I hope you remember me Bryan? You represented me in 2010. When you first met me at the jail, you told me and my family I had to get out of there. My Manager came to my bond hearing and testified about my character. Because of the work you did to get me home and back to my job. I was able to get my job back full-time with no time loss. I was able to Retire 12/30/2022 with 16 years of service, 6 months before I Retired I purchased my first home October 10th after 13 years I started the process of Expungement. I will be in Madison County, Court 1 for the Court proceedings March 7th at 9am.

Mr Williams helped me get my 16 year fully executed sentence at the DOC modified after serving only 6 actual years. Mr Williams, was up front with telling me I would probably have to do reentry court and took monthly payments from me for a length of two years or more. Mr Williams, was more than fair and I am greatly appreciative to him. On behalf of myself and my family, thank you.

Called several lawyers around Anderson/Madison County for specialized driving privilege out of the many I called only Brian's secretary called me back timely and explained how the process worked Tammy broke everything down on what I needed to do and how it worked I heard several stories about how long other people have waited for their SDP threw other law offices.. my surprise it happed much quicker than others who have went through this process ... this was by far the best legal support I have ever had I will definitely contact this law offices again first if ever I shall need counsel 100 stars Thank you Tammy & Brian

Mr. McDole is the ABSOLUTE man! He was 100% honest I had a high likelihood of going back to prison, he was absolutely honest the whole entire process and did not get my expectations/hopes up. Every time I called he answered or called me right back when he didn’t. Today Jimmy saved my life he got my entire violation/case dismissed. When I tell you this was the best money spent it was from here on out if I ever run into any problems in the future he will be the first person I contact and I highly encourage you to do the same. He will be your voice, he will be there for you and he will fight for you! Mr. McDole thank you for everything you did for me your the truth!

UPDATE: Response to Bryan: I find it Very UNFORTUNATE that it took me to write a google review, before we finally had Our first conversation/interaction amongst one another starting from 8 years ago up until this very moment, when I first initially hired you! Your communication approach definitely should be re-evaluated because this is Unacceptable. It would have been nice to actually communicated this Veto power not only to the defendant but also to the Hand that Actually paid you 8 years ago, and we could of same time and Money! If this prosecutor has this Veto right, why you (Bryan) haven't reached out to this prosecutor to see what it is that they want so he can prove himself to Released. After all, its been 24 YEARS! It's also unfortunate that I had to send you a certified letter requesting my money back in the first place, to get where we are today. This overall approach/experience has been disrespectful and disappointing altogether. In response to you being a Liar, this is indeed a fact, where you communicated to the judge that the family was NOT on the ZOOM and we never Responded back to you as well. (Nothing to do with the family letter that I was referring to) We can Fact check this, when the transcript becomes available. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY! I just experience the WORST modification court case process EVER. This guy NEVER returns any of our family calls for a WHOLE WEEK leading up to our court case. Remind you they had been returning our calls most of the time until we get into a WEEK of going to court and in hopes of providing the family, with the Zoom link, and brief discussion on how this process works etc. Then the day of the hearing, the judge ask did we have any individuals on the Zoom call or any family members who will be listening in etc. Bryan straight LIES in court and tells the judge he sent the family a form or something like that, but the family NEVER replied. Which obviously was not true (Now this just confirms that you are a LIAR, and we CANNOT TRUST YOU) Luckily, we had someone IN PERSON, who was in attendance representing the family (most out of state of Indiana) who stood up and says there IS family on the zoom call, and she explains that she had provided us with the link. The judge says okay because I do see people on the call. Luckily, we were able to be granted access from the Host and was able to view the hearing. During this process of modification, basically the prosecutor was dwelling on the past of things that occurred 6 years ago and basically said they did not think it was a good idea to let the defendant out (after serving 24 Years and NO this is not a murder CASE) After this was stated, the judge then Ask Brian did he have anything to say, and he says, “I will not give up on the Defendant”. Like that is your Closing Remarks??? Also, they DID not give the family an opportunity to say remarks and someone had their hand raised the ENTIRE time during this hearing but was NEVER acknowledge. Also, the plan in place for after release was Never mentioned (more Positive side) Well, the Ending, you know the REST…. Its ANDERSON! (Too bad I have to at least give 1 Star but I prefer 0 STARS!)
