Very rude learn how to talk to your customers because of a mistake on a phone number

Lisa Hanna is PHENOMENAL. I CANNOT say enough about how WONDERFUL she has been to our family. We had a horribly traumatic incident happen with multiple chain reaction events. Lisa came to our aid right away. She knows we're on a limited income. She is very reasonable because we work with her. She gave us our family back and she fought for us when we didn't see a way out. I have happily referred her to several people going through similar situations who are advocating for their children She has given us a voice and stood up for our children. We can FINALLY heal and get all the help we need because she believes in us and advocates for us. She's warm, approachable, and very personable. Lisa makes herself available when you need her. She treats us like we matter! Her team responds quickly and they legitimately care about who they help. Lisa's colleagues are also kind and helpful to stand-in when the need arises. They answered our prayers and we are so thankful to have them on our side🙏❤️ Thank you, Lisa, Alyssa, Larry, and EVERYONE on the team. Lisa Hanna is absolutely amazing. She was in my corner from the moment I walked into her office. She responds to people day or night; in the office or out. I never once felt like a number. She did her very best to help me thru my troubles. Most importantly you can tell she really cares about her clients. Larry Helmer is also one of the attorneys I had the the pleasure of meeting and helped represent me. He was very personable and helped answer my questions when they arose. His comprehensive legal background really put my mind at ease. Even though he just helped Lisa as a stand in I still felt like he treated me like I was his client.

This has been one of the most traumatic experiences of my life, finding myself in a horrible legal situation that I could not get out of. I knew I really needed serious help! It was beyond frightening and daunting how this situation could affect my life. Not just moving forward but everything I had worked for up to this point. I had hired two attorneys previously to meeting with Lisa and was beyond unhappy with the way that they were/ had been handling my case. This is my life and my future hanging in the balance of what someone else is going to decide. I knew I needed to find someone I could truly trust to represent me to help me fight my charges. I decided to get a third opinion and I am beyond thankful for a friend that referred me to Lisa Hannah. After the consultation I actually walked out of her office in tears just with hope. She actually gave me her undivided attention and listened to me, looked up info, and verified what I was telling her. Simply by her professionalism and her ability to validate my concerns, fears and feelings regarding my situation she left my heart and mind at peace amidst this horrible storm. Like a ray of sunshine I knew she was worth the third consultation. I immediately hired her and got rid of my previous attorney. This ended up being by far the best decision that I could’ve ever made. I think by far the most taxing part was just the waiting game. The silver lining was knowing I had picked an attorney I believed in and trusted would fight for me and I just had to sit back and wait and let her do what she does best. When she reached out to me with answers and a resolution for my case I can’t begin to express the tears, emotions and relief that I felt. I never want to be in this position of needing an attorney again! However if I or any of my loved ones or friends are my advice is simple. Hands down, no doubt … DO NOT waste your time or money seeing other attorneys… Go See Lisa FIRST! I thank God for Lisa everyday! She gave me my life back. Thank you Lisa and God bless you! I cannot express how thankful I am that Lisa was in my corner during my legal situation. I could write pages about how much she helped me not only legally, but personally as well. Never felt like my situation was on the back-burner compared to other cases she may have been involved in at the time and she would always keep me in the loop concerning my case by responding in a timely manner to my emails. I lived 2 1/2 hours away from her office and the communication was always excellent whether it be through phone calls, emails, or zoom meetings. She worked tirelessly on my case in order to get me the best possible outcome and I will forever be indebted to her for the effort she made in helping me.
