Guy was there for us every step of the way giving us information and next steps in a frightening, unknown legal situation our daughter found herself in. A felony count. We couldn't even imagine. Guy is an amazing human. I was facing possible charges and he kept in touch with me for two weeks. Some calls going as long as almost an hour and he was kind, calm, honest and understanding. I cannot say enough good things about Guy Haskell. He went above and beyond in representing my son with his felony charge. With my son not having a prior record, Guy Haskell was quick to put our minds at ease with his knowledge and experience of the legal system. He informed us that with my son being a 1st time offender of a non-violent and no drug/alcohol related crime, that he was certain my son wouldn't do more than 3 days in jail and that his felony charge would be reduced to a misdemeanor after one year of probation. Guy Haskell was not only accurate but professional in his representation of my son. I'm happy to report that as of March 4, 2024, my son did receive his judgement for modification. Mr Haskell was involved with my son earlier this year due to an arrest for drunk driving. Just this week my son told me that he owed for that service - my son is currently serving a year on probation and is in a homeless shelter in Evansville, Indiana. When he told me he owed $3500 to Mr Haskell I asked how to contact him so I could make arrangements to pay him. I just got his name and phone number today and phoned him immediately. I told him that I would like to be able to pay over a few months time and when I told him that I would pay $1000 as a starting amount he kindly said that he would let that amount pay the bill in full! He was very kind and understanding and I was brought to tears by his kindness. I am 87 years old and live in Michigan and have not seen my son since his time of trouble began. I had a laundry list of convictions to get expunged and Guy took charge of case right away and worked his butt off to make sure he could present our case with the best chance of winning! His meticulous nature makes him a great attorney hands down!! He also didn’t charge and arm and a leg!! Guy was always quick to get back with me and answer any questions.
