Mary was an excellent attorney. Very astute and intelligent and cares for all of the clients that she represents. As this was my only offense, she was able to navigate me through all of the formalities involved in a first DUI process. I was able to complete all of the requirements of my probation and was happy to be done with this ordeal. Don't drink and drive. She also has an amazing ability to answer her phone whenever you need her.

We were in an urgent situation and did not have time to shop around. Mary was one of the very few that responded and we decided to engage her. She was absolutely fantastic. Mary protected me from an unfair and skewed justice system. She went above and beyond in every aspect of the case. She also was a guiding force in ensuring that I didn't do anything to jeopardize my case; she did this by being so emotionally intelligent and in-tune with the anxiety and stress I was feeling that she at times counseled me on refraining from action before I even knew what was in my head. Could not say enough good about Mary. Anytime I had a question, I could send it via email and she would respond. I appreciated this so much and it helped me to be at ease. Mary Higdon was able to my case dismissed. This was an older traffic violation with a warrant for my arrest in Indiana. I live in Alaska and Mary Higdon was able to work with me remotely to resolve this case. She was responsive and efficient at working with the local Procecutor and Judge.
