Extremely unprofessional. I requested a consult with him and he emailed me. My issue was that I was sold a car last month (2018 Honda) with an unresolved lien (from the previous owners tax warrant) and incorrect odometer reading without an odometer discrepancy disclosure. The car dealership I had already contacted several times and gave them documentation proving my issue. He told me I needed to do what I had already done to get the dealership to work with me or just write them bad reviews online. He also told me to call the IRS and try to get the information on the balance of the previous owners tax warrant (which is impossible that information is private). The dealership has refused to work with me at all. I was trying to explain the situation to him and he told me I was being impatient with him and I should be grateful because he was giving me free legal advice. He also told me I can write bad online reviews for the dealership. Bad reviews for them breaking state and federal laws when selling me a car.ok. He also accused me of having buyers remorse. Overall completely dismissive and rude. I don’t like feeling talked down to by someone I am looking to hire. I feel like this was possibly a sexist response by him as well since he talked down to me so much and I am a young female.

I was impressed with his professional and flexible nature. Very helpful in what was needed . A word of caution, there is another fee for 2nd part of the required course. I highly recommend this gentleman. Even when I got it wrong he helped me make it right.
