Mr. Judd McMillin is the most trusted, straightforward, and honest attorney I have ever met. I had highered a highly rated attorney from Indy who advised me to turn myself in to deal with court proceedings. Once I did, after 2 days of being in custody, I got an attorney call from her informing me that she cannot represent me and for sure I was getting a lot of time. On top of that she said she was taking the attorney fee for services rendered. I sat in jail with nothing and no idea of what to do. I asked everyone for their suggestions and it was an unanimous response that Mr. McMillin was the best defense attorney. I reached out to Mr. McMillin which was the best thing I could have done for myself. He advised and explained to me the complications of the case and the best options that were available. He was there and defended me through the entirety of the case that allowed for what I feel was the best solution for all parties, for me to be able to continue working, to be with my family, with arrangements to repay my debt. I am forever grateful and thankful for the hard work and excellence in the representation of the entire team and staff at this firm. I highly recommend their services for anyone in need of legal assistance in the State of Indiana.

If I could give zero stars I would. Amber McMillin literally LOST my father in law’s will. When confronted about it she pretended like she never had it…. Which is impossible because I literally have a PHOTOCOPY of it with her own name and office on the first page?? She can’t be bothered to answer emails, phone calls or do her job at all. If you’re looking for a lawyer you’re better off by yourself because she pretty much makes you do everything anyway while invoicing you 5k.
