Can't answer basic legal questions. Answers your pretty simple questions with word-vomit. Unprofessional electronic communication etiquette. Can't set up Docu-Sign correctly so demanded trustees print and sign and scan (I live 1400 miles away) like the oldest person you've ever met. Is pretty rude, but what do you expect for a lawyer in Brownsburg, a very un-Hoosier-like suburb?

Never received a call back or email from anyone.

Thankfully not my lawyer! However I needed to get proof that documents were went for my mother's medicaid. I called and was told they would call back before end of business. They did not. I figured a small thing like a photo copy of a fax transmission would be easily handled between appointments. So I took my crochet with me in case I needed to wait for a whole and just went in. Trying to explain to the receptionist got me an eye roll response. I calmly called her on her complete lack of professionalism and stated I am sure she understands considering it is my mother's health. She simply ignored my comment. My presence was enough to give the woman who came out a panic attack. She could not provide any proof that the paperwork was faxed as she stated it was and is supposed to email proof later. I don't expect to receive proof. I took the paperwork in and filed it myself to be sure my mother is taken care of. I believe they should refund some of the $425 they charged if they cannot prove they did their job to completion.

Great place for elder issues.

Our family has had the worst experience with this firm. Serious lack of communication and helping provide any answers. I would not recommend this firm to anyone in need of an elder care attorney.

Very impressed with their knowledge and we're definitely able to help me with the legal matters at hand. Their staff is very courteous and pleasant to work with. If you need assistance and Medicare or Medicaid matters I would definitely put this at the top of your list of attorneys to consider.

She's a very good attorney was able to answer all my questions and give me the information I needed.
