The Jackson County prosecutor, Attorney Jeffrey Chalfant, has failed to file charges against The Veterinarian Blood Bank after receiving conclusive information from the Peta organization. Evidence included signed eyewitness signed statement, video and audio recordings with TVBB staff and vet records after two very neglected cats were rescued from there.
Why isn't this prosecutor doing his job? Perhaps a replacement is in order?

Very rude hard to deal with an they take convictions from years before into consideration on crimes it's crazy once u done the time for a crime u paid ur debt right u is it still being looked at after 10 years...my husband got a charge over something so crazy a clerk gave him the wrong change they blame him for it..an use a conviction he received in 3013 against him..
