We have had an amazing experience with this law group. I am a U.S. citizen and my husband is from Honduras and when we got engaged we knew we would want a lawyer to get us through the complicated process. Our neighbor recommended Clare and her law group. She has been a tremendous help, helping us through every step of the fiancé visa process - from the initial K1 application and later preparing for my husband's embassy interview. When my husband received the K1 Visa he was able to travel to the United States and we got married in August of 2019. Clare is now helping us through the Green Card process as my husband is currently applying for his residency. With every step Clare has given us an easy-to-read instruction packet of all the documents we needed and how to prepare them. After I complete each step I bring in all the documents in to her office and she reviews and looks over everything before we send it in. If you are in our same situation I would highly recommend this law group! For the entire process - from the K1 Visa to Residency - you will probably meet with her 6-7 times. I was even able to Skype her one time when I wasn't able to travel back to Indy from College. Clare is very kind and you can tell she has a true passion for helping immigrants. She is always extra cautious and honest with us about everything. She has made this complicated and overwhelming process so much smoother! I don't know what we would have done without her!
